The Position
Building on the success of our business, NSW CPAP is looking for people with the skills and passion to deliver exceptional customer service to join our team. We have an opportunity available at our Parramatta (Westfield) location and Bondi Junction stores. You will work closely with the Business Manager/Owner.
The position will involve the sales of medical devices to patients that have been diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea. Your primary responsibility will be to provide specialised equipment and continued support to patients in our CPAP centres. The aim is to maximise the clinical benefit of their therapy and improve the quality of life of patients affected by obstructive sleep apnoea.
Responsibilities include;
- Providing expert guidance in the provision of CPAP therapy
- Provide the set up of CPAP equipment and fitting of patient masks
- Sale of CPAP equipment and accessories
- Answering and handling telephone enquiries
- Process and dispatch of customer orders
- Maintain the Professional look and feel of our CPAP centre
The Requirements
The successful candidate will have a background in customer service and sales.
You will need to have a professional approach for liaising with customers and healthcare professionals, and an excellent telephone manner for handling support calls and sales enquiries.
You will have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
You are confident and competent with computers and technology.
You are ethical, honest and professional.
Desirable Qualifications and Qualities
Whilst OSA/CPAP experience would be an advantage training will be provided for an otherwise qualified candidate without such experience.
Experience in sales is highly regarded.
Qualifications in Health , Science or Sales/Marketing would be highly considered.
