MIND WISE PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES
Mind Wise Psychology Services is a well established private practice offering therapy services, forensic and neuropsychology services across South East Queensland. We have a large referral base and receive referrals from GPs, Legal Aid, WorkCover, Department of Communities and Insurance companies. The practice is located at Boronia Heights with easy access and adequate parking.
We are seeking an enthusiastic psychologist for part time or full time contract work. The applicant will be expected to provide a high quality evidence based assessment, intervention and reports.
Mind Wise Psychology provides an all encompassing service to the successful applicant, including full administration support, referrals, peer support and supervision if required. We provide bulking billing and private services to our clients. The practice offers a comfortable, professional and flexible working environment.
Essential Requirements:

Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, AHPRA.
- Professional indemnity insurance and personal income protection.
- ABN
- Two years experience, post-registration is preferred, working with a varied range of clients.
- Eligibility for Medicare number.
- Clinical endorsement is preferred or eligibility for endorsement but not essential.
- Clinical Psychology Registrars will be considered dependent upon their level of experience.
The applicant should have a strong skills in:
- Clinical assessment, formulation and evidenced based treatment skills.
- Experience with varied clinical presentations and treatment modalities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, referrers and other healthcare providers
- Must be able to work with limited supervision
- Must be able to work effectively with other team members.
