E4 Recruitment are looking for an experienced and positive Care Manager/Registered Nurse for a well respected, long standing and faith based provider of residential aged care.

COMPANY
With over 40 facilities across NSW & QLD, our client is passionate about delivering exceptional care to elderly residents and supporting their staff in an environment where quality and innovation are encouraged and rewarded. This facility has 100+ beds and located in the heart of Tweed Heads.

THIS ROLE 

• Provide support to the Facility Manager in daily operations 
• Lead a strong Care Service Team 
• Managed ACFI requirements around assessments, care plans and quality assurance 
• and, improve the quality of life of our Residents.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

• Registered Nurse qualifications (AHPRA)
• Advanced knowledge of ACFI and the accreditation process
• A minimum of 2-3 years Australian Aged Care experience as an RN or Clinical Care Manager.
• Exceptional leadership, management and organisation skills.
