Where you'll be working
This position is managed by Spotless on a day to day basis. The successful applicant will be physically based at Bloomfield Hospital in Orange, a part of the Western NSW Local Health District. What you'll be doing
Western New South Wales Local Health District (WLHD) is committed to improving the care provided to our patients in line with our vision of Working together to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.  The Workplace Training Officer will carry out the completion and recording of orientation, training and competency programs for support staff employed in the Orange PPP, covering Bathurst, Bloomfield and Orange Hospitals. 

Selection Criteria

  1. Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessing, or willing to undertake at commencement of role and complete within 12 months.
  2. Ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  3. Demonstrated experience in training others, including presenting and creation of training competencies.
  4. Well-developed and demonstrated communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  6. Demonstrated computer skills, as well as basic Microsoft Excel experience.
  7. Licence to drive in NSW with the ability to drive regularly for work purposes.
