ORTHODONTIC SURGERY ASSISTANT
Busy Orthodontic practice in Hoppers Crossing is seeking a qualified dental assistant with excellent communication skills to join our friendly team. A permanent part-time position is available consisting of 7 days over a fortnightly roster, with potential for more hours.

Past experience in Orthodontics or General Dentistry is required.
To be eligible for this position you must have an appropriate visa to work in Australia/New Zealand and hold an Australian Drivers License

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Must hold at least a Certificate lll in Dental Nursing or equivalent.
-Be a dedicated team member and show care & concern for patients at all times
-Possess a willingness to learn new skills and strive for continuous improvement
-Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Follow direction and execute with a high level of accuracy
-Be able to multitask efficiently and have exceptional attention to detail
-Have the ability to think ahead and grow with our practice
-Be able to work in a fast paced environment and keep professional

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Sterilization (Experience essential)
-Chair-side assisting
-Patient interaction
-Basic computer skills/Patient charting
