The Company:
GP2U Telehealth is Australia's leading provider of online healthcare, delivering video-based GP and specialist consultations.
The Role:
This role will see you working in a team of 3 medical receptionists, supporting up to 30 GP's and Specialists. You will join a collaborative team who work together to make sure that patients receive excellent customer service and doctors receive the administrative support they need.
The Duties
- Booking patient appointments
- General administration support as required, both digital and paper-based
- Handling patient enquiries and liaising with health professionals such as GPs and Specialists
- Assisting Patients, GP's and Specialists with technical difficulties
The Ideal Candidate
This role will suit a genuine team player with customer service skills and experience working within the medical space. You will treat patients with empathy and will strive to support doctors to deliver timely care. No job will be too big or too small to ensure the smooth running of this very busy telehealth practice. To be considered for this role, you will be required to demonstrate:
- Experience working within a similar role
- Well organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated customer service experience
