The Role 
This centre is looking for a full or part time GP to take over from a departing doctor. You will have the ability to take over 40 patients per day, in a well established modern practice. The role will involve Family Health, Chronic Disease Management and Skin. The area has a large demand for Skin, so if you have an interest in this area, you could be the only doctor on-site, offering this service.

The Benefits

• Earn 70% of Billings and be fully booked from Day 1
• Earn over $400k per annum, if working full time hours
• DWS Handover on offer and clinic can offer 482 sponsorship
• Owner has multiple centres, so should you move, you could transfer to another centre  

The Organisation 
This is a bulk billing centre, that is always busy and has a loyal patient following. A female GP recently left the centre, due to relocation and she had a loyal patient following and was well liked. You would take over her patient base, being busy from the onset.
The centre is family focused, well run, with a lot of support. They have been open for 5years and is holds current accreditation.
You will work alongside 1 full time and 3 part time doctors, with nursing support and strong admin team.
The centre is open Monday to Friday and they would love a doctor to work every Saturday morning. Not compulsory however.

The Location 
Located 30 minutes North of Brisbane CBD, you can live in the area or commute daily. The centre is in a great location, that is easily accessible and has great exposure to new patients looking for a new centre.
There is car parking on site, it is close to public transport and if commuting from city, you would not be stuck in rush hour traffic.

The Criteria
