Our philosophy is to offer walk in walk out treatments which are safer than traditional surgery, without the need for hospital admission or general anesthetic. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Medical Receptionist to come and join our team. You will be responsible for liaising directly with our patients coordinating every aspect of the patients’ surgical requirement.
About the role:
- Lead the daily running of the practice
- Arrange regular practice meetings
- Represent the clinic at the reception desk in a professional and friendly manner
- Booking consults and welcoming patients to reception
- Ensuring patient files are organized and prepared for consults and surgery
- Maintain patient and the practice's confidentiality at all times
Skills and experience required:
- Specialist Medical Practice experience required
- Strong customer service focus and excellent negotiating skills
- Demonstrated administrative and, Microsoft Office skills
- A motivated and “can-do” attitude with the ability to learn quickly and go the extra mile
- Must have flexibility with travel times, start and finish times
- Must be able to work every 2nd Saturday and travel interstate twice a month
