The Exciting Opportunity:
Facility Manager in a smaller sized residential aged care facility located in rural QLD. You will be managing the overall operations of this residential aged care facility and ensure that the highest level of care is being provided to all the residents.

• This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking career progression and developing exposure into a Facility Manager position – ATTENTION ALL CARE MANAGER (2ND) AND CARE COORDINATORS (3RD) looking to step into a Facility Manager role.
• The aged care facility has most recently gone through an accreditation and passed 44/44
• Aged care facility is in a rural QLD location in the although as the home has a great reputation, the staff structure is very stable and supportive
• They would be looking for someone happy to tackle this challenge for 3-6months, you pick! 
• You will be reporting to an experienced Regional Manager
• This is initially a contract position however there is room to extend this into a permanent position.
• Attractive salary offered + the option to salary package + relocation assistance.

  
Skills & qualifications needed:

• Qualified registered nurse with AHPRA registration – essential
• Minimum 3+ years in residential aged care as a Care Coordinator or Care Manager
• Strong knowledge in aged care standards, legislation, ACFI and accreditation
• Passionate about aged care and ready to make a difference!
• If you are not from the rural QLD area, we are looking for someone who is committed to making this move for the short period of time
