The successful candidate will provide support to areas of the practice including:

• Front desk reception
• Managing the appointment book
• Maintaining effective and open communication with staff, patients and health professionals
• Correspondence in and out
• Processing accounts, banking, managing debtors
• General clerical duties as needed
• Chairside assisting when required
• Infection control and sterilization

Requirements;

• Prioritise customer service and patient care
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly manner
• Have excellent computer skills and attention to detail
• Work well within a team
• Have good presentation and a positive attitude
• Cert III in Dental Assisting
• Any prior experience will be a great advantage
