About You

This position operates as a member of a highly motivated and service orientated operations team to deliver an innovative and quality experience to all residents. You will possess enthusiasm, energy, inquisitiveness, initiative and innovative thinking. You will work positively and proactively within a team environment towards shared goals. We are looking for competitive eagerness to achieve best practice, continuous improvement, and the ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the course of work.

This role is responsible for managing all day to day operations across two sites to maintain high quality services, and a safe environment for both staff and residents. Representing Royal Freemasons in all front line dealings with the Residents, the role is charged with ensuring the efficient and effective management of all resources to support day to day operations, sales and administration requirements with the goal of making Royal Freemasons a preferred choice of Retirement Living accommodation for existing and prospective residents.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant Diploma - Business or Hotel Management or significant relevant work experience in a similar position.
  • Relevant Certificate or above qualification in front line customer service management, or aged care services.
  • Significant demonstrated management experience in a similar position managing staff and stake holders providing outstanding customer service in hospitality and aged care services.
  • High degree of computer and IT literacy.
  • Competent in the use of MS Office, Internet.
