To be successful you must have:
- Experience as a D.O.N. in an Aged Care corporate organisation
- Registered Nurse Division 1
- Current AHPRA registration
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Passion and commitment to the aged care arena
- Prior experience working in Aged Care with an emphasis on person-centred care
- Ability to delegate and prioritise tasks
- A results orientated attitude with the ability to operate autonomously
- Have a good understanding of continuous improvement, OHS and risk management
