OTFC and OTFC+ strive to maintain a client focused approach where children, adolescents, young adults and their families/carers feel validated in their concerns, supported in difficult times, encouraged to be proactive and inspired to facilitate change.
OTFC is seeking a Full Time Receptionist with health/medical experience to be employed across both of sites (Adelaide CBD and Mile End).
OTFC Receptionist's
- Work both autonomously and within a team in a service provider model
- Enjoy learning, being challenged, being creative, being part of a team and most importantly having FUN.
- Enjoy working in a very busy (at times noisy) environment, love being around children/adolescents - our clients are central to everything we do
- Demonstrate empathy toward sensitive clients and their families
- High level of Medical Administration/Reception skills
Essential Requirements
- working in the Health Industry
- using Microsoft Suite
- using Front Desk Practice Management System and mailchimp
- using HICAPS and Eftpos terminal
- medical typist
- exemplary communication and time management skills
- working with the NDIS is highly desired
- Financial finesse (daily reconciliations and payroll)
