Purpose of Position
To provide high quality services to eligible population of SWSLHD. Position is based at either northern sector (Fairfield, Yagoona, Bankstown North and Liverpool) or southern sector (Rosemeadow, Ingleburn and Narellan) on a rotational basis based on clinical demand. Position is for a temporary period of 24 months and may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funding.

Selection Criteria
Unrestricted registration as a Dentist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Commitment to the principles of public sector dentistry and sound evidence-based dental practice. Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication Ability to work as a contributing member of a clinical team An understanding of current concepts in clinical practice and demonstrated understanding of infection control principles. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment. Ability and willingness to provide services across South Western Sydney Local Health District Community Oral Health Clinics as required Demonstrated clinical proficiency in removable denture prosthetics, minor oral surgery and endodontics.
