Melbourne Hand Rehab is a hand therapy clinic across nine venues. We specialise in the management of all types of hand, wrist and elbow injuries and conditions.
We require a full time receptionist for our Richmond and Heidelberg clinic's (main rooms).
A welcoming and professional telephone manner is essential as the role includes answering the main phone line for all venues.
Other qualities we are looking for include a warm, self assured and organised person to welcome patients as well as complete a set of daily administration tasks.
The receptionist will work alongside our hand therapists and liaise with reception staff at outlying clinics as required.
We love our jobs and enjoy the people we work with enormously. We are looking for a reliable, pleasant, calm person who is able to manage the front desk and the patients with friendly professionalism.

Key duties include:
- Greeting patients
- Front desk reception
- Administer correspondence
- Accurate data entry
- General clinic duties and tidying
- End of day reconciliation and banking
- Hicaps
- Other general office duties
Successful candidates will have:
- Experience within the healthcare industry
- Ability to multi task
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Work well within a team
- Patient booking software experience with Front Desk would be a great advanatage
