Seeking an experienced Hospital Medical Practitioner to join the team at Buderim Private Hospital.

Your Role:

We currently have opportunities for Casual Hospital Medical Practitioners to join the Medical Services team. 

The role will be responsible for providing routine, after hours general review, emergency and minor procedural services.  The role is also responsible for supporting specialists by providing clinical assessment services to newly admitted patients or changed condition of current patients as required. 

We have multiple opportunities available, being offered as Casual positions and a negotiable salary.  

Your Background:

You will be an experienced Medical Practitioner with a demonstrated passion for delivering person-centred care through living our values. You will present with:

• General registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA;
• Minimum of 3 years post Graduate experience;
• Recent relevant acute care experience and confidence in managing complex patients;
• Understanding of National Safety and Quality in Health care standards, Workplace Health and Safety Act and infection control procedures;
• Patient focused medical support with exceptional communication skills at all levels.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through either current or completed Postgraduate study.
