CSSD technician is required (on casual or P/T basis) at a well established and dedicated day surgery in Fairfield Heights. The applicant must have as a minimum certificate (TAFE) in Health Service Assistance (Sterilisation Services) or working towards attaining this certificate. Experience in sterilisation and scope cleaning will be essential. Duties include setting up and wrapping instrument trays. The technician will be working with a small team of health professionals, and must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills. High sterilisation standards are expected as well as ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
