What you'll be doing
Provide support to the Quality Assurance Team and participate in Internal and External Audit functions. 


You will be asked to complete psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.


Selection Criteria 

  1. Practical experience in Food Patient Support Services and/or Linen Services, customer service and quality in a large diverse service industry organisation and/or relevant qualifications or equivalent.
  2. Skills and experience in scheduling meetings, maintaining project schedules and action plans.
  3. Ability to work effectivity in a team environmental, share knowledge and work co-operatively to achieve outcomes.
  4. Sound problem-solving skills and forward thinking approach including the ability to analyse and interpret information, use strong written communication to prepare correspondence/reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  5. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
  6. Proven engagement, collaboration and customer service skills with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders;
  7. Capacity and willingness, including current NSW driver’s license, to travel to HealthShare NSW business and service locations throughout NSW, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
