Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of 9 Territory Managers within the NSW region, as you further enhance and secure the integrity and ethical standards of the sales force. Through the development of strategic and tactical plans, you will set targets that drive market share, revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction in order to create maximum value for the company.
Servicing key accounts will also be a focus area, negotiating deals and pricing strategies within policy guidelines through the management of tender processes, that ensure profits are in line with budget forecasts.
 
We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates with a minimum of 3 years sales management experience within medical devices (specifically the operating theatre environment or advanced wound care). You will have an excellent understanding 'theatre based' medical device sales arena, along with strong data analysis/decision making skills and a demonstrable track record of coaching and inspiring individuals to lift state performance. A formal business or nursing qualification is preferable, however substantial experience may replace this requirement.
