What you'll be doing
Responsible for the provision of the high quality physiotherapy services to patients of WSLHD.
Responsible for contributing to the planning, implementation, evaluation improvement & reporting of the physiotherapy service within the Chronic and Complex team.

Essential Criteria:
Vaccination Category: A
Checks: Aged Care Check, Working with Children Check
Qualification: Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
Registration: Current General Physiotherapy Registration under AHPRA.

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated skills in Physiotherapy assessment, planning and evaluating interventions for clients with chronic and complex health conditions.
- Demonstrated understanding of the health and associated care needs of persons with complex, chronic and/or aged conditions residing in the community.
- Able to utilise relevant evidence based, best practice guidelines to guide decision making for best client outcomes.
- High-level written and oral communication skills, computer competence and ability to use electronic medical records, word processing and databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary team.
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia.
