What you'll be doing
The position of Quality Assurance Business Partner is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Clinic Support Services Quality Management System to ensure that the services delivery meet the legislative and corporate governance requirements and the NSW Health Standards.
The Quality Assurance Business Partner will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager, Senior Quality Assurance Business Partners, Sector Managers, Site Managers, Food and Patient Support and Linen Services Staff to ensure the provision of services are safe and quality orientated.
You will be asked to complete psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.
Selection Criteria
- Experience in ISO 9001, ISO22000, HACCP Based Food Safety Programs in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes sound knowledge and practical experience in working with internal and external auditing. Demonstrated experience in Quality Management System including ISO9001 ISO22000 , demonstrated experience food and patients support and Linen services operations, knowledge of food safety legislation and the principles of HACCP.
- Sound analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Ability to work effectivity in a team environmental share knowledge and work co-operatively to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers and stakeholders;
- Proven effectiveness in coaching and developing capability of managers and staff, whilst always fostering a performance based and customer focused work culture.
- Capacity and willingness, including current NSW driver’s license, to travel to HealthShare NSW business and service locations throughout NSW, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
