Located in the South Eastern suburbs , this large facility which boasts a very stable work force, made up of RN's EEN's & PCA's and is supported by an engaging and supportive DON and Administration team.
The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and education to clinical staff whilst ensuring all clinical outcomes are met.
Responsibilities will include:
- Staff Management
- Roster Management
- Manage and supervise provision of care
- Oversee ACFI management
- Ensure facility meets all regulatory compliance requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates will require:
- Div 1 Nursing qualifications with current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 4-5 years Aged Care experience
- Understanding of legislative requirement in Aged Care
- Demonstrated high level understanding of ACFI
- High level leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Current National Police check
