The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, PeopleSense is looking for a provisionally registered or registered Psychologist to undertake a variety of psychological services, with a focus on Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling, based across both our Busselton and Bunbury offices. This role is available either on a part-time or fulltime basis. As well as EAP counselling, other duties of the role may include:
- Critical incident responding;
- Adjustment counselling within the workers’ compensation system;
- Fitness for work and psychological assessments;
- Medicare rebated services;
- Training delivery and evaluation;
- Mediation;
- Workplace rehabilitation services; and
- Organisational development activities.

The successful candidate will also be required to have:
- Full or provisional registration with AHPRA;
- Proven ability to complete assessments and write reports;
- Experience in providing short-term psychological interventions (across 6-10 sessions); and
- A current driver's license and a reliable car.
