What you'll be doing

To develop, implement and monitor strategic and business processes across Clinical Operations that increase efficiencies which improve the clinician experience by eliminating duplication and reducing the administrative burden of providing clinical care.

  1. Post graduate qualifications in management and healthcare or a combination of both qualifications and relevant work experience.
  2. Demonstrated high level experience in leading and facilitating strategic business planning and processes in large and complex organisations.
  3. Demonstrated experience in applying effective project planning, coordination and control methods and leveraging technology to achieve agreed operational outcomes
  4. Demonstrated advanced critical analysis of complex issues with proven high level verbal and written communication skill, including the ability to translate technical and complex information concisely for diverse audiences.
  5. Proven leadership experience and demonstrated advance capacity to influence and motivate stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes
  6. Demonstrated high level organisational skills, excellent interpersonal skills including facilitation, change management and an ability to adapt to a changing environment
  7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, handle competing priorities, meet externally imposed deadlines and bring projects to completion either independently or as a member of a team
  8. Advanced level capability in all MS Office applications
