Back On Track Physiotherapy, as a facilitator of The Vitality Passport program, is looking for an Allied Health Clinician (Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist/Dietitian/Exercise Physiologist) or an Allied Health Assistant (or equivalent) to facilitate the group exercise and information sessions within the Vitality Passport program.The Vitality Passport program is a health promotion program that focuses on exercise, nutrition, cognition and socialisation to assist in helping community dwelling individuals stay healthy and in the own home.Our program operates across the Southern Riverina and the position will involve travel. The role may be shared between multiple individuals.The successful applicant will be required to work under remote supervision however will undergo necessary training specific to The Vitality passport.
Desirable Qualifications –Degree in a Allied Health profession or for an Allied Health Assistant - Certificate IV or equivalent.
