Physiotherapist required for role based regional Western Australia, located just four hours from Perth. The role is to start ASAP and will last for three months. You will rotate through:

• Day Therapy Unit
• Stroke
• Transitional Care Program

You’ll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including an Occupational Therapist, QSW & Therapy Assistant. The role involves close liaison with Dietitians, Speech Pathologists and GPs. The caseload will be varied and include adults and older adults including post stroke/neuro and chronic disease management, falls, mobility planning, goal setting, rehab groups and functional assessments.

As a valued member of the team, you will be required to plan, implement and communicate physiotherapy services to clients, their carers and families. You will also be responsible for holistic case management and collaboration with key stakeholders for allocated clients on the specified programs.

There are other locums in the area so you can spend the weekend with them exploring the stunning surrounding area. Local activities include windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, fishing, diving and swimming.
