An exciting opportunity exists for two medical receptionists to join our dynamic team. Sunbury Physiotherapy is a very well established practice, with 2018 marking our 35th year of operation. At Sunbury Physiotherapy we pride ourselves on being progressive and innovative, always striving to offer cutting edge, highest quality and compassionate musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy services.
Our practice also incorporates Aquatic Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates. Our friendly, multidisciplinary team includes; 9 physiotherapists and 4 administrative staff as well as podiatry and remedial massage professionals.
The position requires the following essential skills:

- High levels of initiative, motivation and empathy
- Proven record in delivering outstanding customer service
- Computer literacy
Previous medical reception experience will be highly regarded.
Desirable additional skills/experience include:
- Sales
- Use of social media in marketing/advertising
- IT knowledge/ trouble shooting
- Website maintenance
The positions are permanent part time of 14 - 18 hours per week each position
The hours required between the two positions
- Wednesday 8 am - 5.30 pm
- Wednesday 12 pm - 8 pm
- Thursday 2 pm - 8 pm
- Friday 9.30 - 5 pm
- Saturday 8 am - 2 pm
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a supportive and dynamic work environment as well as a remuneration package including paid public holidays, personal leave, holiday leave plus leave loading and superannuation.
The hourly rate of pay is $21.78 and $25.05 for shifts which involve any hours after 6 pm and $32.67 per hour for Saturdays.
