CEO Aged Care NFP - established and stable group requires management of all operations of their aged care services. Experienced operational skills will ensure the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. As a Registered Nurse, you can ensure that a high standard of clinical and holistic resident focused care is delivered to all residents within the service, in accordance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and professional standards and guidelines.
Essential requirements
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Minimum five years post-graduate nursing experience..
- Knowledge of aged care industry, expert in continuous quality improvement.
- Experience in Accreditation and ACFI funding process.
- Excellent communication skills
Highly desirable
- Relevant tertiary qualifications Management, Business, Gerontology etc.
- Proven management experience in functional areas of residential aged care.
- Post grad qualifications in a specific discipline (e.g. Gerontic nursing, Palliative Care, Dementia Care)
