Facility Manager (Registered Nurse) Aged Care - Mornington Peninsula
Exciting Facility Manager (Registered Nurse) opportunity available to oversee the operations of this lovely aged care residence based on the Mornington Peninsula. Representing this growing aged care organisation, this leadership opportunity is paying an exceptional salary package coupled with a generous performance-based incentive scheme. This position is supported by a thorough ACFI, Quality & Operations team operating out of a centralised Head Office as well as a capable clinical care team onsite. The Requirements:
- Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
- At least 5 years aged care management experience
- Proven experience managing residential aged care facilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Sound financial and budgeting skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI
- Manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
- Thorough understanding of continuous improvement.
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
- Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
