This is a permanent role 3-4 shifts per week for a professional who has an understanding and a passion for community Pharmacy.
As the Pharmacist-in-Charge, you will take ownership of this position along with ultimate responsibility to sustain a thriving Shopping Strip Pharmacy.
With a hands-on approach you will take care of day to day pharmacist responsibilities whilst promoting/upselling goods and professional services on offer. Your leadership skills and enthusiasm for making a difference will inspire other team members.
Covering most aspects of Pharmacy operation, your active participation as the PIC, will allow you time to build relationships with loyal customers with the goal of becoming the "go to" health destination.
What's needed
To be successful for this role you will need the following:
- Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA.
- Be outgoing and customer centric focused
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
- Ability to manage others to upsell and drive revenue growth.
- Understanding of dispensary and stock management.
- To be the face of the Pharmacy during shift.
