Arcare- Care Consultant (Care Manager)
Home Care Packages – Brisbane South Region
- Office located in Arcare Head Office - at Murarrie
- Full Time -Permanent Position
- Monday - Friday working hours 9am – 5pm
- Laptop, mobile phone provided. Shared vehicle available for work use.
- Willing to use own vehicle when required km paid.
- $600.00 Uniform Allowance
- Annual leave loading

Arcare is an approved provider with the Department of Health and provides aged care and disability services across Victoria and Queensland. We are looking for a special person to join our team.
If you are an Aged Care or Disability professional, who has excellent assessment, care planning and customer service skills, then we would like to hear from you.
Your role ensures that our clients are supported to live independently in their home through assisting clients with consumer directed goal planning and the accessing of appropriate services to meet these goals, within their allocated package budget. Additionally, you will provide ongoing client support inclusive of assessment, referral, monitoring, planning and review.
A mobile phone and laptop are provided for you. A shared vehicle is available for use during work hours. Use of your own vehicle may also be required, you will be paid for your km travelled – work use.

To be considered for this flexible and rewarding role you will have:
- A tertiary qualification e.g. Bachelor in Welfare or Human Services, Social Work, Nursing or Allied Health.
- Previous experience working in the aged care / disability field, within Care Management
- Previous experience in Home Care Packages or relevant programs desired.
- Experience in managing client budgets
- Previous experience in utilizing and maintaining information in databases
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) Within 6 months of check.
- A valid / Driver’s License
