- They are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager to be the main point of contact for the physician and patient associations in Australia.

- You will develop strategic partnerships and engage with key physicians and share and communicate innovations and relevant information to these doctors and their patients.
- You will provide KAMs and MSLs guidance on customer engagement, serving as a link between sales, marketing and medical.
- You will report and work with head office to fine-tune promotional content based on customer feedback.
- You will train KAMs and MSLs through customer experience training.
- You will coordinate with marketing to adapt materials and tools for detailing to physicians.
- You will coordinate with medical and marketing on developing events and training for physicians.
- You will coordinate with medical on questions regarding clinical studies and product use.
- You will spend at least 50% of your time travelling nationally with some international travel for conferences, with proactive customer-facing time, approx., 60% to support physician associations and patient associations and the salesforce to help them tailor and refine the customer experience.
- Tertiary university degree in science or business, preferably science.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Completion of Medicines Australia qualification.
- 5 or more years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales selling a specialty product, not a primary care product to specialists.
- Preference will be given to candidates that have sold orphan drugs that treat rare diseases.
