About Us:
Monash Doctors Workforce (MDW) is responsible for medical workforce planning and the recruitment and credentialing of medical staff across Monash Health. MDW is also responsible for managing Junior Medical Staff rotations, rosters, providing employee service functions to medical staff and for providing policy advice on all issues relating to the employment of medical staff at Monash Health.
About the Role:
Coordinator (Operations) will coordinate day to day Junior Medical Staff rosters, leave management, timecards and pay queries. The role is a part of the Monash Doctors Workforce Office at Monash Medical Centre Clayton but may have regular travel to other Monash Health sites.
