The Role
This is a unique role which offers the opportunity to build strong referrer relationships, while developing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) driven approach towards referrer engagement at GenesisCare Oncology.
The referral team is responsible for delivering referrer engagement activities to a sophisticated medical network. In partnership with the network the team provides access to, and management of, high quality health services.
As a Referrer Engagement Manager you will build productive and effective working relationships with general practices and hospitals to raise awareness and facilitate referral pathways for our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a CRM-driven approach to referrer engagement
- Partnering with Doctors and other relevant stakeholders to drive referrer engagement
- Identify and respond to key opportunities to grow referrer relationships
- Monitor key marketplace, competitor and business indicators and suggest appropriate corrective action steps if necessary
- Understand the relevant referral care pathway for patients (including Multi-Disciplinary Team’s), in each disease indication and geography.
- Track results of engagement activities and ensure effective use of budget in achieving goals.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven track record in implementing CRM-driven approaches deliver outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage will all levels of staff, including clinicians
- Ability to organise and prioritise work, with strong attention to detail
- Highly driven with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a broader team
- Tertiary qualifications in science, health related or business field is highly regarded
- Strong existing relationships and knowledge of local catchment specialists, GPs, hospital management, and MDTs
- Solid pharmaceutical or health specialist sales experience in Australia space
- Proven ability to build consultant level peer-to-peer relationships with clinicians and other healthcare professionals
