Tinonee Gardens is a leading residential aged care facility offering compassionate care for older people in a welcoming and inclusive facility. We cater for the unique needs of our community of 159 residents from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
About the role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team at Waratah. Although this position is full time, consideration will be given to applicants seeking part time employment. The successful applicant will work with the team to coordinate our education and training function, and work with our team to create an environment that values ongoing learning, best practice and resident centred care.
What are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualified Registered Nurse.
- Hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- High competence in IT systems and computer literacy.
- Experience organising and managing multiple programs/projects.
- Highly organised with exceptional written communication skills.
- Experience working within compliance and/or accreditation environments is highly desirable.
- Drivers licence.
- Previous experience in competency assessments.
