Due to the continued growth of our organisation, Carfi require a Psychologist / Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team of health professionals. Graduates eligible for Provisional Registration are eligible to apply.
The Position
This a varied and challenging role where you will perform a wide range of assessments and interventions. The roles and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
- Psychological Assessments
- Workplace Rehabilitation and Case Management of clients with a broad range of injuries and illnesses.
- Counselling & Treatment Plans (including EAP - Employee Assistance Program delivery)
- Organisational Consulting including Mediation and Conflict Resolution
- Training and workshop presentations (based on experience)
- Vocational Assessments
- Liaison with a broad range of stakeholders
- Development of customer relationships through excellent customer service and business development
- Report writing.
The Person
The successful applicant is required to work independently, be confident and take initiative but also needs to be able to work effectively as a member of a team.
Experienced, energetic and resourceful Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist with appropriate tertiary qualifications and registration / accreditation with professional association.
Proven competency in report writing
Strong organisational and time management skills
A current Australian driver's licence
Good relationship building experience and skills
