Established for 50 years, TriCare is one of Queensland’s largest private owners and managers of retirement communities and aged care residences.
TriCare’s Mount Gravatt Aged Care Residence, is our recently renovated 146 bed facility located on Brisbane’s Southside.
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Varied casual shifts are on offer, including day shifts. Weekend and night shift work attracts penalty rates according to the Nurses Award 2010. In addition, you will receive 25% casual loading on top of your base rate. There is scope for this role to be offered as a permanent part-time position in the future.
TriCare’s Registered Nurses report directly to the on-site Clinical Manager. The role is responsible for working closely with your manager and being 100% team-orientated to achieve real resident-focussed outcomes.
Favourable skills, experience and attributes include the following:-
- Aged Care experience (minimum of 2 years);
- Supervisory level experience;
- Knowledge in ACFI and its associated documentation;
- Adept at using clinical management software (tablets) at the point of care;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
