The Opportunity
Peak Conditioning provides Functional, Work Conditioning and Upgrading Programs to the Worker's Compensation and CTP markets.
We are looking for a passionate professional to market our services and manage our key accounts within the NSW Workers Compensation market and CTP market. You will be responsible for ensuring superior client service standards, maintaining good customer relationships as well as delivering customer focused reports and products.
Reporting to the company Directors this role is a critical role within our organisation, and will provide fantastic challenges and rewards to the successful applicant.
Ideal Candidate
- Exposure to workers compensation market / CTP market through experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation environment, or in a work Conditioning / functional upgrading program
- Experience in account management with the ability to develop relationships easily
- Negotiation and networking skills
Essential Criteria
- Tertiary Allied Health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Chiropractor
- Current Accreditation with relevant Professional Organisation e.g. AHPRA or ESSA
- Full driver's license and own motor vehicle
- Strong clinical knowledge as well as demonstrated experience in functional exercise prescription
