About the role
Reporting to the Group Managing Partner and working closely with our healthcare professionals, patient services and marketing team members, this position will suit a dynamic and energetic individual who has a strong service orientation and thrives being part of a team.
You must have strong attention to detail, respect privacy and confidentiality and be very assertive in management of patient allocation and our healthcare professional's appointment books.
Also need to be calm under pressure, resilient and a strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the day to day custody and coordination of the running of our clinic ensuring that all meets the high standards and expectations set by Macquarie Heart.

Skills and experience
Expect that you will come from a customer service background, possibly retail/hospitality/healthcare. Being interested in people, making a positive impact in healthcare and helping others should come naturally to you.
Necessary training (eg first aid, clinic software) and support will be provided by us to ensure that you have the skills and tools to deliver.
Degree qualification favorable, although not mandatory.
