Robina Private Hospital is a 90 bed private hospital located opposite Robina public hospital.  We have a 30 bed medical/rehabilitation ward providing inpatient rehabilitation and day therapy programs to a variety of presentations including neurological, pain, deconditioning, and pre- and post-surgery.

We have a part time social worker position available to assist in our inpatient and day therapy programs.

Mandatory qualifications and experience:

• Must hold a Bachelor degree in Social Work or equivalent that provides eligibility for full membership of Australian Association of Social Work with recent employment within a hospital or health setting
• Current authority to practice with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize own work / caseload.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence based practice.
• Demonstrated understanding of, and ability to provide a generalist social work counselling service
