The Role
There are two opportunities, one located in Mornington and the other in Melbourne Outer East. This aged car provider is renowned for the provision of outstanding care and lifestyle programs provided to its residents.
With the support of a highly stable and dedicated steam of aged care professionals, you will have a broad spectrum of responsibilities for the delivery a high standard of care to residents, as well as ensuring adherence to compliance accreditation standards.
As the clinical leader of the facility, you will contribute to the efficient and effective management of the clinical services, documentation, staff and most importantly provide outstanding leadership to the team and broader facility. It is essential that you further enhance the already strong focus on delivering upstanding clinical services.  

Key Selection Criteria
We are seeking either an experienced CM or Team Leader with strong clinical and leadership skills. As a highly visible leader, you will must be energetic with a resident first attitude and committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
You will also need to posses strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor staff.
