The Opportunity
We currently have a casual opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join our practice in Brisbane. The successful applicant will need a helpful attitude and be passionate about customer service and patient care and have the ability to work until 8pm.
  
The Role
Some of your duties may include:

• Providing an exceptional patient experience
• Processing payments via Etfpos and Hicaps
• Answering phones
• Appointment setting
• General administration
• Sterilisation

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a reception or customer service role
• Dental Assisting experience is ideal but not mandatory
• Customer orientated and desire to deliver exceptional service
• Willingness to learn and contribute to the team
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in a Dental software is highly regarded
