About the role
This is a rewarding, hands on role that will give you the opportunity to positively impact on the lives of our residents. Care Service Employees work within the aged care team to promote the delivery of quality care to residents and their families, demonstrating competence in the provision of resident-centred care.
As we are operate a 24x7 Facility, successful applicants must be willing to work shift work including night duty and weekends.
What you bring
- Certificate III Aged Care qualified
- Medication competent (Assist with Medication CHCCS305C)
- Aged care experience
- Professional, friendly and supportive effective communicator and team player
- Able to understand and act on competing tasks
- Aware of work health and safety and infection control procedures
- Familiar with equipment used to assist in the care of residents i.e lifters
- Committed to work within Calvary Mission, Vision and Values
