We are currently seeking a passionate ACFI Champion to join the team at Regis Burnside.

Located in the heart of leafy Burnside, this 113 bed facility is an oasis of quality care. Our new extension is beautifully appointed with concierge service, cinema and day spa facilities, and sets a new standard for aged care living including dementia specific care.

As the ACFI Champion, your role will include:

•  Assisting in the resident assessment process
•  Maintaining and conducting ACFI Assessments while working closely with both Senior Management and Allied Health Professionals
•  ACFI assessments, maximising funding and reviewing ACFI processes to achieve best outcomes
•  ACFI documentation, ensuring all folders and trackers are accurate and up-to-date
•  Enter ACFI data into computer system and monitor expiry dates, annual reviews and new admissions
•  Maintain current ACFI knowledge and share information with the continuous delivery of training and education to all care staff- this guidance and support will focus

Your experience and skills:

•  Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework
•  Proven experience in achieving ACFI targets
•  A Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
•  Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
•  Outstanding computer literacy
