About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Case Manager who will provide support to healthcare professionals involved in the prescribing, dispensing and managing patients enrolled in one of our programs. This involves utilizing a diverse range of skills, from process and workflow management through to triaging of customer queries to the appropriate internal or external stakeholders.

- You have database experience with a good level of computer skills & knowledge of MS Office
- You possess prior medical experience such as medical centre reception, nurse or pharmacist
- Knowledge of medical terms preferred, but not essential
- You may have experience in dealing with HCPs
- Suit individual with a mature outlook
Your Responsibilities
The role will involve interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and patients (either face to face or via phone / email) and will support patients in access to treatment.
As part of the role, the Case Manager will be required to travel to key prescriber centres around Australia from time to time. The purpose of travel will be to create ongoing relationships with key stakeholders in each centre to support the ongoing use and engagement with the overall program. The role will be predominately based in our offices located at Macquarie Park.
The role will be full time & will report directly to our Call Centre Manager.
