Our sister business is Skin Repair Skin Cancer Clinic. This clinic is the pre-eminent skin cancer detection and treatment clinic in North Queensland, with a reputation for excellence and outstanding patient results.
About the role
Working alongside highly trained specialist doctors, nurses and receptionists in a thriving and caring team environment, you will guide each client with compassion and outstanding care from the initial point of contact through their entire clinic journey.
One of your key measures of success, beyond your patient care, is to assist in the growth of the clinic.

Skills and experience
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Representing Skinovation Cosmetic Clinic and the brand in a professional and respectful manner
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships including supporting outcome goals.
- Enthusiasm to make outbound calls and obtain bookings
- Sharing service and product knowledge to promote existing and new services and products and achieve sales targets
- Supporting the broader team with administrative and receptionist functions in both Skinovation and Skin Repair clinics.
- Manage the scheduling of consultations, treatments and appointments.
- Maintaining client records where appropriate
- Processing of payments and customer billing.
- Help build the client customer base
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Working on social media and other advertising campaigns as directed
- Assist with stock control

- A keen interest in the cosmetic wellness business
- Extensive computer skills, including experience in using MS Office and competence at quickly learning new software (Best Practice used)
- An eye for detail
- A current Queensland drivers licence

- A detailed understanding of social media for business use
It is envisaged that the successful applicant will have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
