Due to ongoing business growth and development, we're on the lookout for an ambitious, proactive and polished professional to join our team in a new role as a National Practice Relationship Manager.

Here’s what you’ll do…

Reporting to the Product & Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for building relationships with Medical Practice Managers across Australia and developing the strategy to grow our network of Practices, including:

• Develop an acquisition strategy to ensure we deliver on 3 year business targets;
• Develop practice acquisition communications that allow us to communicate our business offerings and value proposition to Practices in a highly engaging manner;
• Develop relationships with National Practices including Primary Care Groups, Hospitals, etc.
• Daily management of Practice Relationship Coordinator, trouble shooting any practice issues and ensuring we are hitting all KPI's in looking after our practice partners;
• Daily Management of Practice Acquisition Manager ensuring we are attaining our acquisition targets and supporting practices well through the onboarding process;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders & teams to ensure effective relationship management and roll out of screens to new practices;
• Participate in external events and social engagements to build our presence in market

This is what you’ll look like…

• 3+ years experience as an Relationship Manager/ Business Manager within the media industry or similar service industry.
• Experience in pipeline development and management is a distinct advantage.
• Passionate about managing a team and in building strong partner relationships;
• Excellent presentation style and ability to present insights & solutions in an engaging and effective manner to practices and internally
• A strong team player and effective communicator
• Good attention to detail and due diligence in your working approach
