CareSquared, a division of Back2Work Health Specialists, are looking for Occupational Therapists to utilise all of their skills and join our energetic, innovative multidisciplinary team. Your role will involve applying evidence based interventions in a community based setting, to clients within the NDIS framework.
Your role will be diverse, working alongside a broad range of clients with individual needs and goals. You will work with clients to achieve their goals, maximise their independence and enhance participation in their everyday lives.
We support all staff with supervision, competitive salary and mentorship underpinned by a research practitioner framework. We are supportive of career development, promotion and academic extension.
Role Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy, with AHPRA registration
- Passion for helping a diverse range of clients
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Experience in a clinical setting preferable
