HenryCare National Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager (at least 2 - 3 years) with a technical background to take charge of our Maintenance Department at our base in Padstow. The Maintenance Department repairs and maintains a wide range of hospital, home care and rehabilitation equipment around Australia and has a team of technicians and support staff in Sydney. We are a private company with over 50 years experience.

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Excellent electronic diagnostic and problem solving skills on components such as actuators, control boxes, and hand controllers.
  • A trade background such as auto electrician or electrical engineer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both within the company and with service partners around Australia.
  • Experience using computers to track and manage workflows.

 

The Service Manager must ensure that all department staff comply with the company’s ISO9001 Quality Management System procedures and focus on first class customer service at all times. A sophisticated database is used for input of jobs, tracking job progress and generation of a range of customer reports. 

 

Ongoing training of all staff is required by the Service Manager so that customers are offered the latest technologies for repairs and preventative maintenance of their equipment in  the field and in the company workshop. 

 

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Service Manager must have excellent organising skills, be detail oriented , able to multitask and work with other departments in our company.
