ABOUT THE ROLE

Our new Revenue Manager role is a key bridge between the commercial and care aspects of our business. It’s a high-impact role: excellent care requires appropriate revenue.

You will drive the exploration of existing and potential revenue streams to ensure we can continue to offer excellent care and remain a leader in our field. Of course, you will oversee ACFI management across the group, as a principal source of funding. That aspect of the role will include identifying opportunities for ACFI optimisation; as well as educating the ACFI Champions in each home to optimise ACFI, locally. 

You will have a keen eye for identifying additional revenue streams that will really bring impact to this role.This is where your creative, dynamic operational approach and your keen commercial sense will really set you apart. The potential impact from this part of your role is the really exciting part!  

 

ABOUT YOU

You love the aged care sector and the privilege of being involved in supporting residents and their families. However, you also love the commercial and operational aspects of the sector and can see where ‘care’ and ‘commerce’ meet.

You’ve worked hard to build up a wealth of ACFI experience and have excellent working knowledge of the legislative and other mechanisms that impact ACFI assessments. 

You’re analytical, a critical thinker, and are not scared to ask “why?”. You enjoy the mix of corporate and field work and are comfortable working autonomously between locations, managing your priorities to ensure your effective impact. 

Your colleagues would describe you as an excellent communicator, able to relate to all kinds of stakeholders. They’d also praise your ability to coach and educate team on the finer points of ACFI and applaud your management approach.
